WHAT WE COLLECT
One field: your email address. It is collected for the sole purpose of delivering the artifact you commissioned and providing post-transmission support.
No accounts. No passwords. No tracking pixels. No analytics profiles tied to identity.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
All payments are handled by Stripe, an external PCI-DSS-compliant processor. Card numbers, billing addresses, and financial credentials never touch our infrastructure.
We receive only a transaction reference and the email associated with your purchase.
DATA RETENTION
Order records (email, product, transaction id, generated artifact) are retained for the lifetime of your access in order to enable redelivery.
Email a deletion request to operations and your record will be purged within 30 days, except where law requires retention for accounting purposes.
THIRD PARTIES
We use Stripe (payments), Supabase (encrypted storage), and Lovable AI Gateway (synthesis). We do not sell, rent, or barter your email or transaction data to anyone, ever.
