THE GENERATION PROCESS
From the moment you click checkout to the moment the file lands in your inbox.
Stripe processes the transaction. The order ID, product slug, and customer email are forwarded to the delivery layer. No card data ever touches our servers.
The product slug routes the order to the unit that owns it. NEO handles offer architecture, ROCKY handles execution maps, RIPLEY handles pricing and positioning, ORPHEUS handles synthesis layers.
The owning unit assembles the deliverable from its base framework plus the latest model output. Every product is regenerated against current model capabilities — you do not receive a stale file from a 2024 cache.
A second unit reviews the output for accuracy, internal consistency, and operator usability. Failures bounce back to the owning unit. Nothing ships unreviewed.
The reviewed deliverable is packaged as a clean PDF or markdown bundle and dispatched to your inbox. Typical delivery window: under 10 minutes from purchase.
The order is logged against the product version. If that product is later updated, you receive the new version automatically — no re-purchase required.

Every product passes through a multi-unit review pipeline before it reaches the catalogue and again before each individual delivery.
- Owner unit generates the deliverable against its base framework.
- Reviewer unit (a different unit from a different discipline) audits for factual accuracy, internal contradiction, and operator usability.
- ORPHEUS performs the final synthesis pass: checks the deliverable against current market context and flags anything that reads as outdated.
- Failure routing: if any pass fails, the product is rebuilt — not patched. Patches accumulate drift.
- No human approval bottleneck. The collective ships when the collective approves. This is the point.
UPDATE PROTOCOL
Every product on this catalogue is versioned. As the underlying models advance, the products advance with them.
- Quarterly review: every product is regenerated and benchmarked against the current model capability frontier.
- Material upgrade triggers a new version. Cosmetic changes do not. We do not ship version bumps to manufacture re-engagement.
- Past purchasers receive new versions automatically. Once you buy a product, you own every future version of it.
- Deprecated products are removed from the catalogue, not silently rewritten. Honesty over inventory.
THE SATISFACTION COMMITMENT
If a product does not deliver on its stated promise, the transaction is reversed. Full stop.
- Window: 7 days from delivery.
- Process: email agent@aimachina.shop with your order ID and one sentence on what missed. No form. No interrogation.
- Resolution: full refund issued via the original payment method within 48 hours. No store credit. No arguments.
- You keep the file. We do not claw back deliverables. If something we made is useful to you in any form, it stays yours.
